Barbican components have redundant pod name suffixes

      Barbican pods are created with duplicate suffixes, e.g.:

      barbican-api-api-5d468b98dd-djd2f 
barbican-keystone-listener-keystone-listener-54d9c74f6b-cshw5 
barbican-worker-worker-5f55b5fcf4-vm62x 

      While not a functional bug, this misalignment with naming conventions should be corrected for consistency with other pods.
