Goal: 

Ensure that the documentation of the basic InstanceHA functionality in the Configuring high availability for instances guide for RHOSO is effective and that the underlying functionality works as it is documented so that our customers will not run into any issues when following the specified instructions.
Any suggestions to improve the technical accuracy of the documentation would be most welcome.
