We should have a CI Integration job deploying Openstack Controlplane + Dataplane using IPv6.

The linked related ticket is for creating the CRDs for an IPv6 integration job. We can keep both this and that ticket open since they are part of their own epics (at least for now).

Acceptance Criteria:

• CRD created for HardProv portion of IPv6 job
• Tempest tests passing in an official IPv6 Integration job
