Goal:

We currently get all Glance Pods configuration from the associated secrets, but we don't collect 01-config.conf, created by kolla_extend_start, where worker_self_reference_url is set. This is a nice to have configuration when we troubleshoot an issue.
In theory, the execution is already tracked and captured in `glance-api.log`, so we could simply improve some information printing to make sure such information is properly generated.
