Unigamma adoption jobs land to a target scenario where tls is enabled by default.
We currently do not support enabling TLS for RGW in the adoption test suite, and object_storage tempest tests will fail because of this.

The goal of this epic is to enable TLS for RGW (and the ceph dashboard as a nice to have item) in the RHOSO18 environment post-adoption. This can be based on the ci-framework existing role [1], and update the unigamma manual accordingly [2].

This work can be used as base for unidelta.
