      Need to publish an image before we can list it here, since adding an upstream image reference without the appropriate downstream automation and image would result in us shipping CentOS content instead of RHEL.

      Goal: 

      • List bootc container image in related_images so that the dataplane can leverage this image reference during deployment and upgrades.
      • The image reference should also be in the OpenStackVersion resource
