Goal:

When s3 is set as Glance backend in combination w/ TLS (podLevel: true in the OpenStack control plane), it might be a good idea for the glance-operator to process the s3 parameters in the `enabled_backend` section and set the path to ca-combined bundle behind the scenes. This would improve the user experience and simplify the documentation.
