To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In a RHOSO 18 CephFS NFS deployment, create a manila NFS share
2. Allow share access to a VM via IP address
3. Mount with NFS v3 within VM

Expected behavior

• Mount works because CephFS NFS now supports NFS v3 protocol by default
