To support DCN related scenarios, or to assign a number of glanceAPI to serve specific workloads, we might need to be able to deploy an arbitrary number of `glanceAPI`.
We recently moved to a new API definition in the operator with the goal of supporting this scenario, hence this story tracks the effort and the code changes in the operator to achieve this goal.
