Goal:

Create and maintain a KB article to help customers with AMD GPU support in OpenStack. The main challenge is that our support depends on their official documentation and products which can be updated without notice. Unlike our official documentation, the KB article is more flexible and we do not have to guarantee that things will always be working.

Updating a KB article should be less strict and faster, the goal is to provide steps to install and use AMD products and their integration with OpenStack.

The article should also include a note saying that things might get outdated sometimes.

Acceptance Criteria:
