Goal:
This bug OSPRH-13533 (BZ#2214566) reported originally by customer use of openstackclient commands, and can be a nice addition to whitebox-neutron-tempest-plugin, test verifies this case doesn't regress.
Especially since related `port list` bugs were found in the verification process, and such automated test can verify them easily in CI with small adjustments (if any).
Done according to verification steps described in OSPRH-13533.
Test verifies BZ#2214566/OSPRH-13533 doesn't regress Validate "openstack port list --long" output has correct related security group. Test class may easily verify OSPRH-14118 (LP#2098980) when fixed. Also adds `force_bash` argument to `validate_command` method, adjusted where bash wrap was previously used.
