      New MariaDB Query Requirements Doc

      Using  previously deployed OCP/OSP 18.0

      Create a test document for MariaDB Query

      1. Generate queries using "oc rsh openstackclient curl" command
      2. Generate queries using SQL queries that parallel oc rsh commands

      Write ansible-playbooks that run these commands on the deployed system

      1. Both queries should report consistently results with each other
