Goal: 

• Ironic Python Agent support for downloading and writing identified artifact asset items from a container image.
  * Support for being able to interact with an OpenShift Container Image registry
  
  Acceptance Criteria:
• Patches merged upstream
  * Manual testing reveals that the functionality works as expected for container registries enforcing authentication.
