      To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

      RBD connections, if hanging or slow, can hang all threads in cinder-volume.

      Expected behavior

      cinder-volume works correctly in a multi-threaded (greenthreaded) manner where one operation does not hang others

      Bug impact

      • cinder-volume service outage

      Known workaround

      • Restart c-vol
