Goal:

Create RHOSO Lightspeed extension for Road Core Service. This extension will serve as a specialized DSS for dealing with RHOSO issues. Providing information leading to problem resolution based on our documentation sources.

Users must be capable of accessing both information about purely Openstack and specifically RHOSO questions, including information about Openshift.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Service must provide timely responses to user queries.
• Service must respond to queries about Openstack, Openstack services, RHOSO and general questions about Openshift
• Service response times and general usage statistics must be retrievable.
• Service must deny responses about topics outside of it's field of expertise .
• Service must be capable of running on RHOSO validated architecture.
• Service must use road-core/service as provider for majority of its functions, extending them only when necessary.

• Should service use a joint vector database of documents from both RHOSO and Openshift, or multiple databases?
