Goal:

GlanceAPI is deployed using httpd and ProxyPass without relying on mod_wsgi, which is an approach used for the other storage services (Manila and Cinder).
Due to the recent issues around parallel image upload [1], we decided to patch the existing operator to configure it in wsgi mode.
