Goal:

• Customers frequently are concerned about doing large migrations which take many hours to complete, with no ability to tell how long they will take.  This work adds the ability for the user to see how far along the migration has proceeded.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A new Cinder API field shows the status of an ongoing migration and is visible from the CLI client
• Testing to validate that the volume details API response shows migration progress
• Testing to validate that the progress field appears in the CLI output
• Ensure the docs team has an item to document the new response
