Problem seems to be re related to (currently latest) openstack-keystone:16.2.6-20 image

[Problem description]

keystone is broken answering "Can't instantiate abstract class Identity with abstract methods reset_last_active (HTTP 400)" to any api call. Same string is logged as WARNING into keystone.log, no details available even enabling debug logging.

[How to reproduce]

considering openstack-keystone:16.2.6-20 is currently 16.2.latest:

(image openstack-keystone:16.2.6-20 has been published on 9th Jan 2025)

• deploy a fresh 16.2 env

or

• run a minor update

[Workaround]

downgrading the image to 16.2.6-18.1730685739 fixed the issue
