Description of problem:
After fixing the functional test gate [1] we have found that there are some errors in the functional tests [2], one of them related to networking logging, which will be fixed with https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/c/networking-ovn/+/452794, and the rest are related to Portbinding:

networking_ovn.tests.functional.test_impl_idl.TestSbApi.test_get_network_port_bindings_by_ip
networking_ovn.tests.functional.test_ovsdb_monitor.TestPortBindingChassisEvent.test_pb_type_patch
networking_ovn.tests.functional.test_ovsdb_monitor.TestPortBindingChassisEvent.test_pb_type_empty
