Define and document current Horizon Operator strategy - is what we have enough?

Today: what logs do we collect today?

• Horizon app logs get added to /var/logs/horizon/horizon.log
• Do we care about Apache logs?
• Do we care about various operator logs? What are these logs
• In general - if we mount /var/log/horizon - does that satisfy all customer needs?
• Would all relevant logs get redirected to /var/logs/horizon?

Future: what logs will be part of our k8s cluster logging strategy?

• how will customer configure and add/update our Horizon k8s logging options?
