For now, the collection has low dependencies with Openstack ansible module:

roles/import_workloads/tasks/create_os_instance.yml:  openstack.cloud.server:

roles/import_workloads/tasks/teardown.yml:  openstack.cloud.volume:

We need to replace those module to Golang module in order to use the supported binding that the RHOSO operators is using than the old collection.

This work could benefit for os-migration/os-migration collection as well
