Looking to a different issue we found nova_libvirt container running in 2 greenfield RHOSP OSPd InstanceHA 17.1.3 environments.

It's clear that the root cause was defining NovaLibvirtLegacy in compute roles during deployment.

Everything seems to be working as expected but now our questions are:

• Is this supported?
• If not supported, Can we fix this by just changing the service in roles and redeploying?
• Is there anything else we should have into account?

We have sosreports, must gather and adm inspect along other data in the case linked.
