OpenShift NetObserv UI plugin adds a Network Traffic dashboard. Among other views, the dashboard has a Topology view that allows to see traffic flows between pods  / services / nodes. All of these are native Kubernetes resources.

Once we add OpenStack metadata about topology to events posted to Loki from Dataplane nodes, we should have enough information to build a similar topology view that would show OpenStack resources (VMs, ports, projects...) instead of Kubernetes types.

This Spike is to explore what building such a dashboard would entail. Depending on the complexity / possibility, additional Epic may be reported to track building this dashboard view.
