The exporter will be used to collect metrics for

• ovn-controller running on OCP nodes
• northd and RAFT running on OCP nodes

The OCP nodes are not "dataplane nodes", so the name is not applicable. The repo and its image should be renamed to reflect the planned expanded scope before it's productized to avoid later expensive and painful renames / confusing naming.

I suggest ovn-exporter (or ovn-node-exporter - though for northd and RAFT, the exporter doesn't collect metrics "per-node" but "per service instance", so I feel that "node" in the name is not applicable).
