Research using DataPlaneService CRD to deploy HCI on EDPM node using Storage Network

The Q1 Demo used HCI but without the Storage Network provided by "Network Isolation".

The dataplane-operator configures the network:

and then configures ceph clients:

We want to wait for customers to "install their own Ceph cluster" in between the above events.

Will the interface provided by DataPlaneService CRD tracked in the following allow us to do this?

This spike proposes to POC this to confirm we can implement with that design OR try to find another approach.
