Current proposal:

• Use placement instead of just alias
• Define the PCI devices on compute nodes based on address instead of vendor_id and provider_id so we can refer to them individually
• Create 2 custom resource classes, one for each of the 2 groups of 4 GPUs that are connected using the same Infinity Fabric
• Create one flavor for each of the 2 custom resource classes
