Description of problem:

After analysis we discard this this https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2134557 -----> router id is having 44 character

From investigation, found that script of metrics_qdr_healthcheck is not robust and seems like not handling IPv6 only env well, it seems like script is only handling IPv4 which might be causing the issue.
