The kuttl tests are typically run from install_yamls by way of convention with the other openstack-k8s-operators. There should also be a way to execute the tests from dataplane-operator directly using its Makefile. Add the necessary targets, as well as checks that the needed dependencies exist in the OCP cluster being used to execute the tests (openstack-ansibleee-operator and the SSH key for example).
