The default-metrics job is defined and run in telemetry-operator. It checks that things work as expected when the pre-reqs are not met for telemetry-operator.

This should be added to polarion. The tasks needed to do so are:

• Identify the tests from the default-metrics job
• Make the default-telemetry job report to XML
  • Update the hook to use the config file from fvt https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/telemetry-operator/blob/main/ci/vars-default-telemetry.yml
  • Mark the tests with the "TEST" prefix
• Add the testcases in Polarion
• Update the default-telemetry component job to report to polarion
