Create a test run, populated with test cases for request RHELOSP-<number> in Polarion.

Requirements for completion:

• Complete RFE research document in confluence
• Links to test cases documents, reviewed and signed by engineering and product manager
• Links to the test cases in polarion in the story
• Test run has at least 1 test case set to critical priority & set to ‘automate’ or ‘not automated’
• Set the relevant test cases to ‘automated’, ‘not automated’ or ‘manual only’
  Note: manual only test cases
  The QE is headed in the direction of automation first policy, we want to discourage manual only test cases. These should be created only with the approval of a QE manager.
