This Feature is a container for Epics that we (DFG:Compute) think are useful and would be nice to have, but realistically will not be able to start work on in a year or two. We keep all the child Epics in Closed Won't Do to set correct expectations, but use this Feature as a way to easily find them and refer to them should we change our minds, or should something change our mind for us.
