Similar to the Networking PerfCI jobs we have for 17.1/16.2[1], this Epic is to track implementation of similar set of jobs for 18.0. These jobs can help in catching Perf regressions with future 18.0 releases.

• Shared Hardware [2], so that's need to be considered when on boarding these jobs for 18.0 as different tooling is being used in 18.0
• Nodes provisioning for bootstrap node, in previous OSP releases ospperf1(with RHEL8) is being used to get virtualized undercloud. OSP18.0 requires RHEL9.3+ so that also has to be considered if that can be shared or other node has to be used.
• CI-Framework to get support for baremetal OCP setup, also check for tools used by Scale Team for baremetal OCP setup if that can be used until CI framework supports is ready
• Periodic Jobs setup for different scenarios, octavia, dynamic/non-dynamic workloads et
