BGP CI jobs are included in the integration pipeline.

However, BGP is part of the network component: ovn-bgp-agent

A BGP job should be included as part of the network component pipeline.

The problem is that existing component jobs are based on CRC and BGP jobs should be executed on a baremetal server (i.e. they need to run the reproducer.yaml playbook from ci-fmw on a server).

So this would be a special case for a component job.
