      openstack-baremetal-operator currently launches an httpd pod and extracts the edpm-hardened-uefi container image into a volume to serve the qcow2 to metal3. With OSPRH-11195 this functionality can be removed, instead a URL of the form oci:host/namespace/image:latest#edpm-hardened-uefi.qcow2 is passed through to metal3
