Watcher project already defines a set of Goals/Strategies that could be used to meet the initial requeriments for MVP.

DoD:

Validate watcher's existing strategies and goals that match the requirements defined at OSPRH-7674
In case of missing functionalities/limited solution or bugs, open a new upstream RFE/Bug and create a story/spike to cover it.
Optional: also validate the associated Non-MVP/Stretched requirements against existing strategies.
