Create an integration job testing Metal3 provisioning in a spine-and-leaf architecture.

The architecture DT bmo01 is a working example.

A base job has been proposed, and tested in testproject #763.

The DT bmo01, above is similar to uni-zeta - it is using non-DVR and LVM storage.

If we want to save on hardware resources and maintain the same number of jobs, it would make sense to consider/investigate changing the uni-zeta job into a Metal3 + spine-and-leaf architecture.

      Desired result:

A Job, in the integration pipeline, that uses a Spine and Leaf topology and performs a deployment with Metal3
