In Epoxy, we want to remove code that has been deprecated for long enough. We discussed this during a PTG session[1]. This includes:

• Windows support
• Scrubber

This also helps with removing eventlet, as it is used in the scrubber code.

We will also be deprecating the glance-cache-prefetcher.
