Currently, jobs created by OpenStackAnsibleEE resource doesn't have nodeSelector or affinity.
That means the jobs runs any OCP worker nodes.
However, there are a possibility that there is a node which doesn't have NIC for OpenStack.

Due to that, the bootstrap pod may fail.
