Currently we have configured by default `geneve,vxlan,vlan,flat` networks as tenant_network_types. This option is used by neutron just to know what network types should be used for automatic allocation of the tenant network segments by Neutron if it wasn't set. It should be enough, and makes more sense to have by default only `geneve` value there.
