According to the KCS article https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6666911 recommendation for OSP 17.1 was that neutron-ovn-metadata-agent will use by default 1 metadata worker. Currently in edpm-ansible role for neutron-ovn-metadata-agent we have set it to 2 so we should adjust this default to be the same as our recommendation.
