      Due to the upcoming RHCS 8 release (aka Ceph Squid), update the upstream CI jobs to consume the last version, and adapt, where needed, the deployment flow to support the combination between OpenStack and Ceph Squid, both upstream and downstream.

      Plan to support RHCSv8 (target .1) with RHOSO with both external & HCI.
