In disconnected environments, customers would currently not be mirroring the openstack-must-gather image. This presents a challenge when those customers need support, since the image won't be available in their registry and subsequently adds delay to issue resolution.

Ideally, customers should also mirror the openstack-must-gather image while mirroring all of the others.
