This jira tracks reverting the addition of the swift network to va/hci/gamma

The following patch should have only affected gamma (or va/hci)

and other DTs should have been able to ignore the swift network. However, others started having to patch their their architecture repo in response to the new swift network even though those DTs shouldn't have to use the swift network.

baremetal HCI jobs were also affected which cannot as easily add the swift network.

It seems simpler for everyone to abandon the adding the swift network to va/hci/gamma and this was proposed here:

The work done will still be used in Delta but not in Gamma.
