Upgrade your Compute nodes to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4. For more information, see Upgrading all Compute nodes to RHEL 9.2 in Framework for upgrades (16.2 to 17.1).

The prerequisite is supposed to be RHEL 9.2, not 8.4.
