Currently oc rsh session is killed once the execution of the run_horizontest.sh file finishes and this makes it tough to debug as the artifacts in the pod like screenshots , recordings etc are lost . 

Solution :

This ticket focuses on introducing a debug mode for horizontest to add new option for test-operator that keeps the pod running after a successful run or even after a failure has occurred.
