Creating this story to prepare a kind of FID which covers templates to configure nmstate provider in 17.14, along with the purge-provider options/steps. The main topics to be covered are:

1. Enable nmstate provider for greenfiled - BZ
2. Enabling nmstate provider for brownfield/adoption - BZ
3. Example config with DCB - BZ
4. List all the know limitations (eg. Multi-rhel, switchdev, contrail, vDPA, nic-partitioning etc.)
