"Use the generic CustomServiceConfig interface available in each service’s specification to override any and all service-specific configuration settings. "

English isn't my native language, but isn't "any and all" either redundant or for emphasis? When I google, it tells me it's language that's used by lawyers.

It sounds strange to me, I wouldn't expect such an expression in technical documentation

      Thanks
