Please consider running OpenStack compute components on OpenShift workers instead of on standalone RHEL nodes

Otherwise, a minimum cluster setup looks like this:

      • 3 node OpenShift cluster
      • OpenStack control plane components running inside the 3 node OpenShift cluster
      • all other nodes are RHEL

It's cumbersome for users to set up additional RHEL nodes and it also does not feel well-integrated with OpenShift - and it would be awesome to have full OpenShift integration instead of a hybrid solution!

Also, consider how long it currently takes to install or change the configuration of a node with ansible, whereas compute on top of OpenShift with operator integration would allow for faster installation and reconfiguration
