nil ptr can hide actual error

      When pre-create pvc for the openstackclient which has the wrong access mode, can hide

      the actual error in https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/osp-director-operator/blob/bc40c2568a90aa809c0b9efd7749a186d5969a96/controllers/openstackclient_controller.go#L737 .
