Remove gear profile constants (IGear#SMALL etc.)

    Description

      We current have constant that should allow one to refer to gear profiles. These constants turn out to be different in OpenShift Enterprise compared to OpenShift Online. We should therefore remove those and always refer to the available gear profile that are exposed by IDomain#getAvailableGearProfiles (see OSJC-17)
